As a graduate electrical engineer at the Environment Agency, you'll play a critical role in reducing flood risks and protecting communities. You'll work on real projects, tackling real challenges, and gaining hands-on experience in various parts of the organization.
With a comprehensive four-to-five-year training program, you'll build your skills in asset management, project planning, design, and site supervision. And with guidance from expert mentors and a structured development path, you'll be on track to achieve Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
