Brook Street is working with a leading Belper based boiler company looking for experienced Technical Advisors to join their team offering best in class service to their customer base. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical advice and solutions to clients and internal teams, ensuring effective problem-solving and support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offering timely and efficient solutions to maintain project progress. Assist in the development and implementation of technical projects, contributing valuable insights and guidance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends. Hours of Work: Full-time: 39.5 hours per week. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: Between 8am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 3pm Sunday: 8am - 12pm Minimum Requirements: Proven customer service experience. GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms. Previous contact centre experience is preferred but not essential.
