Position: Secondary SEN Teacher
Type: Full-time/Part Time
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Aspire are working closely with an alternative provision school in Worcestershire seeking a dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those who have experienced trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to small groups.
* Foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
