Sense now has a great opportunity for you to join as a Deputy Manager in the Community Team for the West Midlands. This is a hybrid working role, working in the Community, your home and the Sense Touchbase Pears offfce based in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract (FTC), working 37.5 hours per week and we are offering you £26,676 per annum.
As a Deputy Community Manager, you will work with the Community Support Services Manager to deliver support to the people we support in the Community. There may be some travelling involved to complete assessments / referrals / staff supervisions. You may be required in the Community from time to time to cover sickness and annual leave for the Community Support Worker/ Communicator Guides.
You and your team will support people who live in the Midlands in or from their own homes, out in to the community for leisure, or to help with basic tasks such as access to the bank or shopping. The individuals who use the Sense services may have sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities.
Your shift patterns will usually be from Monday-Friday however, you may have to work some Saturdays.

Your required skills and experiences:
9. You require a full UK Driving Licence with a business insurance
10. Prior experience of working in a Social Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living is desirable.
