This is an exciting leadership role, supporting the business owner in developing and delivering the Property Strategy for 2025. What’s in it for you Annual salary circa £30,000 which will be reviewed on annual basis, with increments dependent upon delivery of the business imperatives Performance related bonus Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm No weekends Free on street parking Company pension scheme 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (certain days to include particular holidays as dictated by the business) What you’ll be doing Ensuring the current portfolio is well managed and that all current client properties are safe, legal and operating profitably Developing and implementing business strategies to drive lettings growth, managing client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and overseeing property listings Collaborate with the owner to develop the Property Management Strategy and to support investors in building and managing property portfolios Driving an agenda of growth for the Property Management Portfolio through 2025, with reasonable and practical targets What you’ll have Experience in property lettings, sales, or real estate, with strong knowledge of property management and investment strategies Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to develop, maintain and nurture relationships and networks Understanding of property regulations and legislation of property rental management and to remain current and up to date with changes Proficiency in market research and analysis
