Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 3:45pm Friday

This position blends customer service with supply chain coordination, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish. You'll liaise closely with internal teams, production, hauliers, and major retail clients, playing a key part in the company's success.

1. Manage the customer journey from order to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
2. Communicate with production and transport teams to resolve any challenges.
3. Acknowledge orders, update clients on changes, and manage shortages.
