Salary: £140 to £190 per day (Depending on Experience)

Are you a passionate and skilled Maths Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students? A vibrant secondary school in Huddersfield is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), including those who have recently completed their training, for all teaching positions.
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to inspire Key Stage 3 and 4 students to achieve their best.
Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic excellence.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
Requirements of the Maths Teacher:
* ECT are encouraged to apply.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to student success.
* Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
Mandatory information:
* The successful candidate must hold PGCE in the relevant subject with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS), or equivalent certification.
* Be able to provide a ten-year career history with relevant reference details covering the last two years, including your most recent place of academic employment.
