About the Role
Due to continued growth, Millbank is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. We specialise in sectors such as Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Business Support across industries including Automotive, Chemicals, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Water. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support some of the most high-profile projects in Europe, including the largest construction project on the continent, one of the world’s leading automotive brands, and major engineering companies with billions in revenue. Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for managing the recruitment process for some of the largest engineering corporations in the UK. This will include sourcing and screening candidates, crafting job adverts, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining CRM records. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation while building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your proactive approach will help drive the success of your recruitment desk and support the wider business.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (at least 2/3 years).
Experience in sectors such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Construction, or Engineering would be beneficial, but not essential.
A personable approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively.
A strong understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with current employment and legislation.Why Millbank?
