Job Title: Receptionist/ Showroom Host Location: Heathrow £12.50 per hour, Monday to Friday Job Purpose: To be the welcoming face for all visitors upon arrival, handling all customers arriving on site and incoming telephone enquiries. Maintain showroom and customer waiting areas to a high standard and be a vital member of both the sales and after sales teams. Responsibilities: Meet and greet all customers in a warm and welcoming manner. Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Assist the sales and after sales teams by offering excellent customer service. Ensure all messages are passed and received when calls are not connected. Offer beverages and ensure waiting customers feel welcome and looked after. Clean and maintain the customer waiting area. Assist with sales administration including scanning, recording sales, and keeping logs. Help administer company vehicles, fuel receipts, and postal communications. Monitor and order supplies for the customer area. Make follow-up calls to both sales and after sales customers to ensure 5-star customer reviews. Required Competencies: Customer-focused and presentable with a bubbly character. Punctual and reliable. Willingness to work as part of a team. Exceptional organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills. Good standard IT skills, especially Excel Spreadsheet. Previous experience is desired but not essential; attitude is more important.
