1. Estimator position producing estimates for the design, fabrication and installation of aluminium curtain walling, windows & doors
2. Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
3. Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
4. Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
5. Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
6. Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
7. Preparing handover documents for the contracts department, once a project has been secured
8. Attending pre and post tender meetings as and when required
9. Estimating for projects ranging in value from £100,000 to circa £1,000,000
