Please note in regards to location, this role can be based anywhere within the area as travel will be required across Midlands and Wales Working hours: Minimum 35 hours per week Working details: Permanent Home - Peripatetic Interview Date: To be confirmed To act as primary Property Team customer relationship manager responsible for a mixed-use property portfolio of Churches, residential, offices, shops, Old People’s Homes and Homelessness centres within a designated geographical area. With expertise in technical property and customer management skills you will be responsible for delivering the Property Vision – “To deliver the right property solutions at the right time at the right cost, delighting our customers and enabling Mission to flourish”. Extensive experience of successfully managing maintenance and repairs to a mixed portfolio at an operational and programme level, and understanding all stages of the property life cycle and property performance. Proven people management skills and excellent communication skills with the proven ability to convey complex information to stakeholders. Proven strong financial management skills with previous experience of managing multi-year budgets and delivering financial reporting as required. Proven excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence at a senior level, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop successful and collaborative working relationships. A degree in a property related discipline and full membership of the RICS (in either Building Surveying or General Practice Divisions) or equivalent.
