If you’re driven, passionate, and ready to embody our values, come and join us on the journey Data Entry Clerk Join our team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our extensive food database, contributing to an exceptional user experience on the Team RH app. You will work closely with a small team, ensuring that our database remains reliable, uniform, and easy to use. Your responsibilities will also include investigating queries related to changes in nutritional information and inputting data from large chain restaurants. Responsibilities Content Review : Evaluate and verify user-submitted entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines, ensuring all entries meet our quality standards. Quality Control: Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the database, such as typos, formatting issues, or missing/incorrect information. Data Upload: Use Excel or Google Sheets to upload nutritional data in bulk for restaurant foods while maintaining high quality standards. Image Editing: Use tools like Microsoft Paint or Photoshop to add images to food items, enhancing the user experience. Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly KPIs and contribute to the overall goal of creating a superior app experience. Recipe Input: Accurately enter food items and related information into the database, including nutritional information, ingredients, measurements, cooking instructions, and relevant tags. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data input and content review. Experience & Skills Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of nutrition, macros, and a keen interest in food, health, or fitness. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Experience in data entry or content moderation (preferred). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative teamwork and a willingness to contribute to team KPIs. Reliability and strong organisational skills. GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent). Knowledge of spreadsheets and their practical applications. Hours Full-time: 37.5 hours per week. Initially, this role will be based full-time in our Team Valley office, with the option to transition to a hybrid model (2 days from home and 3 days in the office). Core Hours: Mon –Thurs : 10am–4pm, Friday: 10am–12:30pm It is worth noting that we are currently trialling a 4-day-working-week, which we are planning to review and make permanent in the near future.
