Deputy Manager Location: FY Postcodes and PR2 Beds: 1-3 Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off Home Type: LD and EBD (non-complex LD) Responsibilities: • Assist the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home, including staff management, budgets, and ensuring high standards of care. • Supervise Team Leaders and ensure smooth daily operations. • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and care standards. • Support the development of staff and contribute to their training.
