We are seeking a committed and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school in Stretton, Coventry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual dedicated to supporting young children on the autism spectrum in an Early Years setting.
The role will focus on providing one-to-one support to an Early Years pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), helping them build foundational skills and make meaningful progress.
This is a long-term position with potential for permanency.
- Experience working one-to-one with young children.
- Knowledge or experience supporting children with ASD, SLCN, and non-verbal communication needs.
- Familiarity with the Early Years curriculum and understanding of developmental milestones.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Relevant qualifications as a Teaching Assistant or a degree in a related field.
- Teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
- Location: Stretton, Coventry (CV6).
