Job description
* Primary location: West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds - hybrid working
* 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Maternity cover until April 2026
* Salary: £27,803 per annum - £31,364 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking to appoint a proactive, customer-focused, and driven Recruitment Co-ordinator to work closely with the Group Recruitment Manager and Senior People Lead - Talent and Recruitment to support recruitment, appointment, and onboarding activities across the organisation, providing managers and employees with a first-class recruitment experience.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a recruitment environment, with a sound understanding of the recruitment cycle end to end. You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with staff at all levels across the business, with the view to understanding their requirements and working with them to determine the best approach.
This is a hybrid role, with a blend of home working and on-site working as business needs dictate.
