The Fulham Boys School is seeking an excellent teacher to join our thriving English department. The successful applicant will play an integral role in ensuring the success of boys’ outcomes as well as contributing to an extensive extra-curricular programme. The opportunity to teach at all key stages, including English Literature or English Language A-level, is available for the right candidate.
The English department has consistently been one of the leading departments in the school since we opened. GCSE pass rates have been above 90% every year and in 2024 hit 95.9%, with 87.7% achieving grade 5 or above. Our first A-Level English Literature cohort achieved ALPS Band 1 in 2022 and we are now also offering English Language A-Level as popularity continues to grow. You would be joining an established team of talented and committed teachers who work collaboratively to ensure that our challenging curriculum is geared towards the enthusiastic boys we teach.
