About the Role
In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners and support multiple businesses with various tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, flexibility and independence.
This is a permanent position, offering flexibility with both full-time or part-time (minimum 15 hours per week) hours. The role is hybrid, with the opportunity to work from home and the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage email inboxes for several businesses, ensuring timely responses and effective task prioritisation.
2. Provide support with day-to-day business activities as required.
3. Assist in preparing proposals and tenders, ensuring high-quality and accurate submissions.
4. Support marketing and promotional activities, including attending events and representing the company.
5. Manage and maintain Directors’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
6. Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with team members.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proactive with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
4. Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred, but not essential.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. A team player with a strong ability to build client relationships
3. A valid driving license
