Executive Sales Consultant - Berkshire
Our client is a premium retail brand selling luxury products. They are an instantly recognisable global brand and are now looking to recruit a number of executive sales consultants to grow their business.
The Role:
* The role will involve spending quality time with customers, delivering industry-leading customer experience to help them walk away with an aspirational purchase.
* Ensuring that customers are happy at all stages of the process, from that initial engagement to the moment they walk away with their purchase and beyond.
* You will also be skilled in your ability to ask customers great questions, truly understanding their needs and wants, and tailoring solutions based on the information you gather.
* Truly passionate about sales, you will be happy working towards targets and delivering on KPIs. Skilled in the art of closing and someone who truly enjoys the sale.
* Working with other departments in the business to ensure you deliver your customers a journey and experience that exceeds their expectations.
The Person:
* You will be passionate and experienced in sales; where you have gained that experience is less important than your passion and ability to sell.
* Strong, confident, outgoing personality that loves engaging with customers.
* Evidence and passion for delivering great customer service.
* Organised and articulate in working towards targets and KPIs.

The Package:
Competitive basic salary, but this is all about the OTE. £50,000 realistic OTE + strong package/benefits.
