Shift Pattern: Monday toFriday Staff can choose days if part time working
Flexible working pattern withincore working hours. No earlier start then 8am and no later finish than 5pm.

HCT have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedOccupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work in their friendly communityneurological rehabilitation team. You would be working closely with your AHPcolleagues to deliver high quality care to patients with neurologicalconditions.
This role is to support the delivery of communityneuro rehabilitation to Patients within clinics and wider community settings.

Provide OT/PT assessment to neurologicalpatients with diverse physical and cognitive presentations, and deliver anindividualised treatment programme, in clinic, patients homes and communitysettings.
Undertake a clinical caseload to a highprofessional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical andpractical experience.
