We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly and energetic Restaurant team. Our Restaurant team are incredibly important to our business and play a vital part in delivering a first-class guest experience at Thyme. The key focus of the role will be to ensure a smooth running of day to day service while managing the restaurant Front of House team, to develop the business and promote the restaurant and maximise covers. Experience & Knowledge Knowledge and passion for wines Experience of working within, or a desire to work within a high-end restaurant Working knowledge of EPOS and booking system – knowledge of Hart POS System desirable A basic understanding of sustainable food farming practises Able to deal effectively with guest feedback and swiftly resolve issues to satisfaction Ability to memorise ingredients and dishes to detail. Liaising with Head Chef on a daily basis regarding the menu.
