Job Description
Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Carlisle/Remote - 3 days onsite/2 days' work from home
Rate: £130 - £170
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Requirements:
* You will be the initial point of contact to provide first and second line ICT support to end users (with the aim of resolving reported incidents at first contact and/or escalate to other resolution teams) via phone, in the users place of work, face to face and remotely.
* You will participate in the delivery of projects and work packages in ICT Services.
* Install, maintain and repair end user equipment including installation of 3rd party software.
* You will undertake routine ICT operational and maintenance activities, such as backups.
* Keep accurate and timely records in relation to incidents, change requests and assets.
* You will work with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office365, SharePoint and business applications.
