Salary: Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (£17,038)
Work Pattern: 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time only): The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview
An opportunity has arisen for a Timetabling and Registers Assistant. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can assist in maintaining course registers and timetables for Brighton Met College.
As our Timetabling and Registers Assistant, you will work closely with Curriculum Administrators, supporting them to ensure all course timetables and registers are set up in a timely way and in line with college policy. This will require a high level of attention to detail and sound organisational and time management skills.
You will make effective use of the student records system, MS Excel and available reports to validate data and identify anomalies.
You will act as a vital link between the curriculum administration teams and the Funding and Planning Team of which you will be a part.
