AnNHS Trust in the South Eastis seeking aDigital Integration Engineerto join its innovativeElectronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. This is aUK-firstproject integrating Acute, Mental Health, and Community services into a single, cohesive digital system.
As a key member of theDevelopment and Innovation Team, you will play acritical rolein designing, implementing, and maintainingTrust Integration Engines (TIEs), working withHL7, FHIR, and databasesto enhance system interoperability.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implementintegration solutionswithin the Trusts digital strategy.
Support theTrust Integration Engine (TIE)for seamless clinical data exchange.
Analyse user requirements and provide technical documentation.
Ensure compliance withNHS standardsand best practices.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Expertise in system integrationwithin healthcare IT (HL7, FHIR, SQL).
Strong understanding ofTIE development and support .
Proven ability totroubleshoot, optimise, and document integration solutions .
Experience working inAgile, PRINCE2, or ITILframeworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
