Key Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant: Maintain databases and records: Upload service reports to the diary, collate job sheets and visit reports, and ensure proper storage of documents. Manage scheduling: Review and update engineers' diaries, check customer machine hours via ‘webvisu’, and help forecast servicing schedules. Assist with bookings: Arrange travel for engineers, including hotel, flight, and ferry bookings, and ensure all accommodation details are correctly recorded and communicated. General administrative tasks: Handle phone and email communications, prepare reports, assist with internal communications, and provide support to the service manager as needed.Skills & Experience Required for the Admin Assistant: Attention to detail: Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently. Technology-savvy: Proficient in using computers, software applications, and technology tools (experience with Sage or similar software a plus). Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent organisation & time management: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
