Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organised Administrator to support the Credit Control team in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of pre-litigation reports for review by the Head of Credit Control, verifying and cross-checking details against multiple platforms and data sources, and ensuring the accuracy of all related information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and verify financial data, client details, arrears and remaining contractual liabilities to assist in the pre-litigation process.
Work closely with the Credit Control team to compile and organise information necessary for potential litigation.
Maintain a system for tracking all pre-litigation cases, providing timely updates to relevant parties.
Cross-check payment histories, account balances, and credit terms to ensure accuracy.
Investigate discrepancies in client data and resolve issues in collaboration with the credit control team.
Manage and update databases to reflect the latest credit control activities and pre-litigation reports.
Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly reports on outstanding debts, pre-litigation statuses, and other relevant credit control metrics.
