Role Overview:
As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be working closely with a range of clients from different industries, including finance, technology, and real estate. This position offers a diverse and stimulating caseload, covering corporate transactions, M&A, contract negotiation, joint ventures, and advisory services. Whether you are newly qualified or have up to three years of post-qualification experience, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional legal support to clients, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on corporate governance, M&A, and commercial contracts
Drafting and negotiating legal documents and agreements
Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, restructuring, and financing
Supporting clients with company formation, compliance, and regulatory matters
Managing transactions and liaising with relevant stakeholders
Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) with a background in corporate/commercial law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
A commercially minded approach and the ability to deliver pragmatic advice
A team player with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
