Pay: £83.85 - £105 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Worker to join our team on a temp-to-perm contract. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a supportive environment while making a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
The Role:
As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH challenges.
2. Promote inclusion and create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for learning.
3. Assist with the delivery of individual education plans and behaviour management strategies.
4. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
5. Encourage students to build their confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
Key Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
1. A passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN/SEMH needs.
2. Experience in a similar role, or transferable skills from roles such as youth work, care, or coaching.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents.
4. A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting students.
5. The flexibility and resilience to adapt to varying challenges in a school setting.
