Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic leadership and management of the Physical Education department.
* Development and delivery of an engaging and effective PE curriculum.
* Leadership and expansion of extracurricular sporting activities.
* Professional development and support of PE staff.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading or holding a senior position within a PE department.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the national PE curriculum and assessment procedures.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for promoting sport and physical activity for all.
* Evidence of creative and effective pedagogical practices.
* A commitment to collaborative teamwork and the delivery of exceptional extra-curricular opportunities.
