Four Square Scotland is an Edinburgh charity working for more than 40 years to prevent homelessness and promote inclusion. We provide services directly to people who are homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness to overcome any barriers they may face in creating a stable life for themselves in their community. We are recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about people: supporting them through all aspects of their time with Four Square. Supporting managers to lead their teams, you’ll oversee recruitment, induction, skills training, and help deliver our payroll function.
We are looking for a solutions-based, flexible, and approachable person to fill this role. You must have a strong attention to detail and experience of working in HR.
