The department has been described by Chambers and Partners as “having a substantial regional presence” and “winning plaudits for its wills, trust and probate work” with a “growing Court of Protection and elderly client focus”. What you will do: Subject to your skills and experience, you will advise on and deal with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Elderly Client matters generally. Qualifications you need: We would be pleased to receive applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or lawyers / paralegals with qualifying experience in a Private Client setting. Knowledge, Skills and Experience you need: Thorough knowledge of the legal principles required to draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, deal with the Administration of Estates and Elderly Client matters generally Excellent communication skills The ability to work alone as well as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential Must be able to travel (in county) The role offers exceptional opportunities for personal development and advancement in a well-established team.
