Position: Band 6 Senior PWP NHS Northamptonshire Talking Therapies
1. Supporting staff to deliver quality assessments and support to people accessing the service.
2. Providing high quality supervision, support, and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing assessments within the service.
3. Offering expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff.
4. Ensuring National Talking Therapies standards are met.
5. Contributing to the learning and development of PWP, Assistant Psychologists, Mental Health Support Practitioners, and peer supporters.
6. Providing some clinical intervention at step 2 for people with common mental health problems.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.
