As Compliance Coordinator primary responsibilities will be to support the practice team in meeting regulatory requirements to deliver a safe and effective service to patients.

The Compliance Coordinator will be key to the successful day to day running of the practice. With responsibility for managing and coordinating various delegated tasks, the post holder will be expected to use initiative and take responsibility for their own areas of work.

Job responsibilities
The Compliance Coordinator will be key to the successful day to day running of the practice. With responsibility for managing and coordinating various delegated tasks, the post holder will be expected to use initiative and take responsibility for their own areas of work.
The post holder will:
Be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of all buildings and premises maintenance. To include the weekly, quarterly and annual assessment of specific areas to ensurecompliance with regulatory standards.
Be responsible for the coordination and development of the policy database ensuring awareness and access across the practice.
Maintain delegated areas of the practice database in respect of compliance documentation to ensure HR and CQC requirements are met.
Coordinate the Practice audit schedules to ensre compliance with clinical and quality standards. This includes the monitoring and and completion (where appropriate) of associated actions.
With support, plan and actively engage with the delivery of vaccination campaigns, to ensure maximum uptake for our patient population.
Be responsible for the timely dissemination of Safety alerts to all relevant parties within the practice.
Be responsible for the procurement of all agreed clinical and non-clinical supplies, always ensuring quality and value for money.
Maintain and oversee the mandatory training requirements of all staff members, escalating non-compliance where necessary. Arrange and coordinate internal and external training sessions for the teams as necessary.
Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager as necessary.
