We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to lead our People Systems & MI Team.
The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve system reliability, scalability and user experience, while ensuring seamless delivery of services to internal stakeholders and the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities of the People Systems & MI Team, including project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

* Proven experience in leading IT or HR teams, with a focus on service delivery and project management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
