About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property-based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information:
We are seeking a suitably qualified Senior Project Manager to develop and manage programmes of improvement works to our extensive property portfolio, with a focus on large building safety works and the discharge of fire risk assessment recommendations and actions.
Directly line managing a team to ensure that group fire tasks are remediated to completion, you will drive the performance of this function and ensure that the group remains compliant with relevant regulations and that our buildings are safe for our customers.
As the lead for large building safety projects, you will deliver significant improvement works to our existing portfolio inclusive of external wall remediation and works on our high-rise towers and higher risk buildings.
Ideally, you will have experience in the Fire Risk Assessment process and work that has been recommended following Fire Risk Assessments.
With a sound technical background, you will work with internal stakeholders to produce tender documents for the work required, which will be delivered by either our in-house trade technicians or approved contractors.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to give clear advice and explanation of work that is needed, or being carried out, to our residents.
You will demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations, making sure all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
