We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Wealth Centre Receptionist in our brand:new venue in St James's for Premier and Private Bank clients, designed to deliver a seamless "wow factor" experience at every touchpoint.
Working together with colleagues toprovide a first:class service to clients and stakeholders. Youwill have exposure to UHNW clients and other influential and senior individuals, so discretion and high levels of professionalism are key.
Role Purpose
:
Meet and greet clients to the wealth centre, notifying the host on arrival and escorting to the relevant room in the client suite.
:
Dealing with a high volume of room booking requests from the reception inbox, ensuring all details are checked, and booked accordingly : refreshments/lunches etc, and liaising with catering for last minute changes and bookings.

Checking client areas, ensuring they are kept tidy, and notifying cleaning if anything is amiss. Ensuring stocks of branded pens and notepads are well stocked in meeting rooms.

Supporting the hosting of events.

Supporting the Wealth Centre Manager in their day:to:day role.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience of working in a client facing position is essential.

Be professional, friendly and well presented.

Ability to be discreet where required.
:
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
:
Experience of liaising with high:net:worth Clients.
:
Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines, multitasking while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This role is worked on a shift basis which are on a rotation, from the hours of Monday : Friday over 35 hours per week.
