The role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our recently created and innovative Knowledge & Learning team as a Knowledge Systems Analyst. The role involves supporting the Knowledge Systems team in administering and managing the firm’s Dealroom platform as well as assisting with other Knowledge Management products.
The ideal candidate should be professional, organized and have excellent attention to detail. They should be able to work independently while also being a team player who communicates effectively with internal clients. The role requires someone who is reliable, responsive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
What will you do:
1. Setting up and administering the firm’s dealrooms: ensuring all internal governance processes are correctly followed including efficiently closing down sites and migrating content.
2. Providing Dealroom user support: training site admins, maintaining and updating user guides and process documentation.
3. Monitoring the Knowledge Systems inbox: investigating, prioritising and responding to internal and external requests, queries and access issues. Liaising with the vendor as required.
4. Reporting: running usage reports, administering users licences and monitoring data storage.
5. Supporting the use of additional product functionality: developing and updating iSheets, automated workflows, databases, dynamic dashboards and client portals. Testing and developing HighQ integrations with other products such as DocuSign and Contract Express.
6. Document Management: Uploading documents along with their associated metadata to the knowledge management system.
7. Document Automation: administering user licenses and supporting the standardisation of firm templates.
8. Administrative Support: Providing administrative and systems support across the suite of knowledge products and technologies as required.
What we are looking for:
1. Interest in legal tech and knowledge management
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint)
3. Ability to accurately follow instructions to tight deadlines
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Excellent client and customer service skills
6. Experience of working on IT systems and databases
7. Experience of working in a professional service environment (desirable)
8. Experience of HighQ or another Dealroom platform (desirable)
