Your role and responsibilities coordinating responses as part of a specialist support service to our elected members (Councillors) underpinning the delivery of highway related services coordinate customer service activities, working closely with colleagues to provide a reactive response proactively deal with a range of complex and non-routine queries and issues and support your team in doing the same review and present reporting information and compliance with deadlines across a wider service area. You will need proven experience of customer service related activities ability to plan and prioritise proven experience of working in a customer focused role in a busy office environment.
