Position Overview
Ithaca Energy is accepting applications for the position of Contracts Assistant, reporting to the Contracts Manager, located in our Aberdeen office.
The Contracts Assistant will provide general support and assistance to the Contracts Specialists, Contracts Managers and other members of the supply chain function. This support shall include elements of contracts administration and will develop as the individual develops within the role and gains more experience with the opportunity to further growth within the supply chain function.
Responsibilities
* Creation of new Contract records in SAP and maintenance of existing Contract records.
* Input and maintenance of price catalogues in SAP system for all Contracts and Contract Amendments.
* Retention of record of price catalogues changes and check against monthly catalogue Change Report for Compliance Control.
* Facilitate the preparation and publishing of monthly Contract Status Report with input from Contracts Managers and Contracts Specialists, and any other reports requested by members of supply chain team.
* Attendance and Participation in Quarterly Supplier Performance meetings as appropriate in support of Contracts Managers and Contracts Specialists.
* Governance of supply chain function network area and Contracts Records, Contract folder housekeeping.
* Supplier Qualification Register updates.
* Registration of suppliers in eSourcing tool.
* Co-ordination of Issue and Receipt of Co-Venturer award requests and approvals.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in an office-based environment.
* HND or degree in relevant discipline – Law & Management, Quantity Surveying or Business Studies.
* Preferrable that office-based experience is in SCM function but not essential.
* Basic SAP knowledge desirable but not essential.
