To help us tell our story, we’re seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer with at least 4 years of experience to join our in-house Creative Content Studio. The Creative Content Studio is at the heart of apetito, driving the production of impactful video, copy and live events that reflect our core values and support our key business campaigns. Our focus is on creating content that shows how we make a real difference—whether it’s in hospitals, care homes or people in their own homes. As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in producing engaging video content for internal and external audiences, including social media, events and sales presentations. You’ll use your technical and creative skills to help us communicate our purpose in a way that resonates and drives positive action. apetito is the UK’s leading food supplier to the health and social care sectors serving more than 1,300 care homes, health care and education settings. Our meals are expertly crafted by our dieticians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness. Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK. Content Creation Work closely with teams across the business to scope briefs, develop ideas and produce video content that reflects our brand values and tells meaningful stories. Your content will help communicate the difference apetito makes. Production & Logistics Management Lead the logistics of video production, from planning shoots to coordinating scripts, locations and stakeholders. You’ll ensure every production runs smoothly, from concept through to delivery. Video Production Use your expertise to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video content. Whether it’s social media clips or event presentations, your videos will showcase our values and create impact across all channels. Post-Production Manage the post-production process, editing content to a high standard with professional color grading, sound design and motion graphics. You’ll tailor each piece for its platform to ensure maximum engagement. Collaboration You’ll work closely with teams in apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods, as well as external partners, to ensure content aligns with our brand and supports business objectives. Corporate Event Support Capture and produce bespoke content for live events, ensuring our messaging and values are conveyed with impact. Innovation & Trends Stay informed on the latest video production trends and technologies, incorporating new ideas and best practices. You’ll work with Sony and Blackmagic cameras to deliver top-quality content. Administrative Support Assist with raising purchase orders, booking venues and organising travel to support the smooth running of production and events. Essential Extensive experience as a videographer with a proven track record of producing compelling video content. Advanced technical skills Proficient in video production equipment, including Sony and Blackmagic cameras. Editing expertise Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), with a focus on delivering polished post-production work. Project management Capable of managing multiple projects from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment. Strong influencer with excellent all-round communication skills. Good organisational skills with ability to manage and prioritise projects. Clear communicator Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex ideas and creating videos that connect with audiences. Desirable Experience leading video projects that support broader business campaigns, from creative pitch to launch. Familiarity with social media analytics and using data to inform content strategy. Knowledge of the food, health or social care sectors and the key stories within them.
