Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
Monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Assist with setting up new client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Respond to technical issues within SLAs and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Keep detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing proactive support and clear communication.Key Requirements:
1-2 years experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within an MSP environment.
knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
