Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier architectural guidance and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Big Data Services and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our main goal is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics.
We engage with customers and partners globally, building trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to enhance product offerings and share our insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.

Responsibilities:
1. Proactively recognize customer requirements, uncover unaddressed needs, and develop potential solutions across various customer groups.
2. Review and support big data infrastructures: This involves review of existing comprehensive designs for big data architectures that align with the business's strategic goals and requirements.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
4. Prepare for complex product or solution-related inquiries or challenges that customers may present.
5. Promote understanding of customer complexities and the value propositions of various programs (., speaking at different events, team meetings, product reviews) to key internal stakeholders.
Primary Skills:
6. Experience working with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Big Data Service (BDS) and Big Data Appliance (BDA).
7. Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Nosql
8. Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages like Python, Java.
9. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient complex data architectures.
10. Manage and optimize large-scale databases.
11. Must have a solid understanding of networking concepts to design and optimize data transmission networks, configure network settings, and diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
