Challenge-trg are looking to employ Transport Admin for one of their clients based in Warrington.
Shift Pattern-Monday to Friday
Hours of Work - 18:00 - 04:00
Pay rate -£13.73 p/h
JOB PURPOSE
To co-ordinate the transport admin operations of the depot in order to achieve business objectives and the needs of the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a busy administrative or data processing role
Knowledge on tacho laws is desirable but not essential.
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organised
Time management skills
Ability to work individually and also as part of a team
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· To ensure all drivers are arriving on time ,be responsible for the tracking of the trunking operation and C2C operation
· To ensure all administrative duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
· To ensure that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both internal and external customers as required e.g. debrief of drivers, dealing with customer issues etc.
· To use all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role
· To demonstrate the Company Values in the undertaking of their role
· To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
· To always display the highest standards of customer service.
