We're looking for a skilled and passionate Generator Field Service Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet of generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably across various customer sites, including construction projects, industrial facilities, and events. You'll be working in an environment that values technical expertise and exceptional customer service, providing support to ensure our clients have the power solutions they need when they need them., > Travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve generator performance issues, including electrical and mechanical faults.
> Oversee the installation and commissioning of generators on-site.
> Replace and monitor oil and fluids to maintain optimal generator functionality.
> Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
> Provide top-notch technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they have the right equipment for their needs.
> Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and servicing activities.
> Manage and procure parts to ensure timely and effective repairs.
> Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, conducting safety checks and implementing safe working procedures.
> Escalate complex issues to our Central Service Manager.

> A strong understanding of generator operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
> The ability to work independently, solving issues quickly and efficiently.
> Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
> A CSCS Gold Card (desirable).
> Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical issues.
> A customer-first attitude.
> A full UK driving licence.
