About the Department:
The Learning Success Hub is dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic journey at Arden University.
Providing tailored support both on campus and online, the Hub empowers students to develop essential study skills, build academic confidence, and achieve excellence in their chosen programme.
With a comprehensive range of resources and tools conveniently located in one accessible platform, the Learning Success Hub is designed to help students thrive and reach their full potential.
About the Opportunity:
As an Administrative Coordinator in our Learning Success Hub, you will play a central role in ensuring the effective operation of our services.
You will provide essential administrative support to the Director and Heads of Service across the Library, Academic Skills, and English Language Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee timetables, manage module administration, and support student enrolments for Academic Writing in English courses.
* Respond to inquiries via the English Language Hub email system promptly and professionally.
* Organise meetings, draft agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
* Contribute to service improvement projects and participate in university-wide initiatives.
* Collect, maintain, and analyse data to monitor student outcomes and support decision-making.
* Coordinate and manage events, including on-campus activities and team training sessions.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in providing administrative support across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset to drive process improvements.
* Experience in the higher education sector or supporting international students is an advantage.
