This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis in a role that carries a broad range of responsibilities, including:
• To portray a professional image and be the first port of call for visitors/customers
• To assist with the management of the HR administration system
• To assist with talent management including the recruitment of employees and liaising with recruitment agencies
• To assist with on and off boarding of employees
• Assist with time management/attendance records
• Provide pension scheme administrative support
• To support the Directors with administrative tasks including the organisation of company meetings and travel
• To assist with the managing of marketing/social media platforms
• Manage the administration of company contracts
• To act as Company Archivist
• Administrative support for the 3rd party IT support team
• To update the Company and Health and Safety Handbooks
• To resolve office supplies and equipment
• Adhoc duties
Key skills/experieince required:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• A concern for quality, attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational, computer and administrative skills
