HR Advisor Permanent role £35,000 salary Hinckley based, fully on-site (no hybrid option) Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Start date 31st March 2025 Client services Must have strong knowledge of employee relations case management Client Details HR Advisor Permanent role £35,000 salary Hinckley based, fully on-site (no hybrid option) Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Start date 31st March 2025 Client services Not an internal HR Advisory role - HR Advisor to clients Must have strong knowledge of employee relations case management Description Work in a fast-paced environment, offering client focused solutions Manage a caseload of various, complex, client ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews Build excellent client relationships to ensure you understand the clients requirements, and achieve their objectives Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice to clients, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options for our clients to select from Provide an excellent client service in line with structured KPIs Provide a range of options for our clients to select from, including best practice/ legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated Profile Proven HR Advisory experience Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation Full employee relations knowledge including complex cases Excellent stakeholder management Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities Able to adhere to structured KPIs Do not need to have been in Advisory role previously, but must be able to provide client Employee Relations solutions, based on employment law and legislation.
