The Role
As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead the charge in shaping, executing, and refining our paid media campaigns, covering social & PPC. You’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, develop original concepts, and dive deep into the hands-on process of building, launching, and optimising campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our Media Production Specialist to craft high-quality, engaging content while ensuring our campaigns are driving meaningful results for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
1. Campaign Conceptualisation: Develop creative, data-driven campaign ideas that align with our brand objectives.
2. Campaign Building & Execution: Plan, build, and launch campaigns across key platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and others.
3. Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, testing and refining ad sets, targeting, creative, and budgets to maximise ROI.
4. Collaborative Content Creation: Partner with our Media Production Specialist to produce visually engaging assets, including graphics, videos, and other campaign materials.
5. Compelling Copywriting: Craft persuasive, audience-focused copy for paid ads that convert.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse KPIs, track performance, and deliver insightful reports to stakeholders. Use data to inform strategy and drive continual improvements.
7. Budget Management: Allocate and manage media spend effectively to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
8. Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive edge.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creative vision with technical expertise. To thrive in this role, you should have:
1. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Creative Flair: A talent for developing innovative and engaging campaign ideas.
3. Copywriting Skills: The ability to write clear, persuasive, and results-driven copy.
4. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
5. Technical Expertise: Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
6. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with creative and technical teams effectively.
7. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing budgets, deadlines, and campaign accuracy.
