Main duties of the job In this post you will support the pharmacist team leader and take a leading role in the provision of publications and guidance to support healthcare professionals andpatients with the safe, effective and efficient use of medicines within Cardiff and Vale UHB, across Wales, and the rest of the UK. You will also be part of the team supporting the review and delivery of Welsh Government Directed Clinical Community Pharmacy Services (CCPS) by contributing to the development of aligned all Wales patient group directions and supporting materials for the CCPS. You will also have a leadership role in the ongoing review of the all Wales Common Ailments Service Formulary and its processes.
