Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant (FTC to December 2025)
We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our clients Finance & Administration Team based in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and efficient individual, that likes to take ownership of their work.
Salary: £24,000 Pro Rata
Holidays: 33 days, including bank holidays

What we are looking for in a Accounts Payable Assistant:
* High attention to detail.
* Innovative and creative approach.
* Excellent written English and grammatical knowledge.
* IT Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database Management.
* Flexible approach, highly organised and effective time management skills.
* Work as part of a small, dedicated team.
* Finance software knowledge.
* Accounts experience.
Duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant to include, but not limited to:
* Responsible for company mail & distributing within the business.
* Filing, limited reception duties, registering visitors on arrival and signing for deliveries.
* Marrying up transactions in the bank and processing the mixed payments.
* Employee expenses & petty cash claims.
* Entering suppliers invoices onto Purchase Ledger.
* Reconciling Purchase ledger statements.
* Monitoring stock accounts.
* Answering incoming emails and calls from suppliers.
* Assisting with any other purchase ledger tasks as required.
