NHS Forth Valley is looking to recruit Facilities Helpdesk Call-Handlers to work in the Facilities Hub. The Hours required are Mon- Fri 1330-1800 will be required on a rotational basis.
The work will involve handling patient and non-patient transport requests recording all relevant information and processing it according to standard operating procedures. You will provide an efficient, effective service to all users of the Facilities Helpdesk (Hub) and will receive calls relating to a variety of issues, subjects and requests.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages as well as having experience in handling telephone calls is desirable.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
